Please allow 2-5 business days of processing time before leaving our shipping facilities.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed or modified.

Ground shipping
A physical street address is required for delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We offer a flat rate for Ground shipping of $10 on any order in the continental U.S.
Please note that orders shipping UPS Ground or UPS SurePost may take 2-5 business days to process before shipping from our facility.

**UPS SurePost - UPS Ground takes the package and delivers it to your local post office, and USPS then completes final delivery of the package.**

Two-day shipping
A physical street address is required for delivery.
Orders placed before 10:30am, Central Standard Time (CST), Monday - Thursday, will arrive in the next two business days. Orders placed after 10:30am (CST) will arrive in the next three business days.
Orders placed by 10:00 am (CST) on Friday will arrive in the next two business days. Orders placed after 10:00 am (CST) will arrive in the next three business days.

One-day shipping
A physical street address is required for delivery.
Orders placed before 10:30am, Central Standard Time (CST), Monday - Thursday, will arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 10:30am (CST) will arrive in the next two business days.
Orders placed by 10:00 am (CST) on Friday will arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 am (CST) will arrive in the next two business days.

2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Order Processing
Monday – Thursday: Orders received by 10:30am, Central Standard Time (CST), will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10:30am (CST), Monday through Thursday, will ship the following business day.
Friday: Orders received by 10:00 am, Central Standard Time (CST), will ship the same business day. Orders received after 10:00 am (CST) will ship the following business day.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
We ship via UPS Ground and Two-Day to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

APO/Military Addresses
All orders shipping to an APO address can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with a flat-fee of $8.00 per order. If your order includes Eau de Parfums or Pura Car Diffusers, we will ship your order Two-Day and all additional shipping charges will be charged to your credit card.

What if I place my order on a holiday or weekend?
All orders placed over the weekend are received the following Monday. Please allow 2-3 additional days for order confirmation.

Capri Blue offices and shipping department will be closed on certain holidays. Orders submitted on these days will not be processed until the next open business day.
